What I learned from Traveling Alone

These past few posts I have discussed my experiences while I was studying abroad in Spain. This was the first time I traveled abroad on my own (without family or friends.) I was very nervous as this was my first time, and I thought I would share what I learned through this experience.

The Doors of Barcelona

I don't know what it is but I have this thing with doors. You may have seen the hashtag on instagram which I am an avid follower of. It's weird I know. But I love cool doors.

Montserrat

While studying in Spain I did have some time to do sightseeing. I had heard about the mountain town of Montserrat and how beautiful it was and decided to take a tour of the town that included a winery.

Oh My Gaudi

Antoni Gaudi was a famous architect in Barcelona during the late 19th century into the early 20th century and is basically a national hero in Spain. He designed many unique buildings in the spanish modernist style that are all pretty touristy but must see sights.
